Hey, everyone! Are you excited to talk music fests? The best trip I’ve been on so far was driving to Dover Delaware to camp at Firefly Music Festival. I could’ve gone with the rest of my class to the beach for senior week, but who passes up an opportunity to go to a music festival instead? I’ve only been alive for eighteen years and so far, nothing has topped my music festival experience. It’s a whole different world once you’re on the inside, a world you never want to leave.

small share passions.jpg

Hey, everyone! I’m back with a new blog post that I am extra excited about. I hope you are pumped because I can’t stop smiling just thinking about what I have in store for you all. Let’s talk passions. Are you passionate about anything? Maybe it’s animal rights or a certain political party. Whatever you are passionate about, I hope you share it with the world!  It is so magical seeing someone speak on something they are passionate about. Have you ever seen someone do that? It is one of the most inspiring sights. It makes me want to go out and accomplish all that I want in life.

10 Tips on How to Stay Motivated Even When You Have Setbacks

10 tips on how to stay motivated and reach your goals this year

Motivation can be a hard thing to come across when it seems as though everything is going wrong. Why stay motivated when you can just sleep and eat your problems away? Instead of being productive, you might binge watch Netflix to escape your problems. Don’t get me wrong, I love binge-watching Black Mirror, but it doesn’t make my problems magically disappear.

I’ve had many setbacks in life already and I’m only eighteen. Whether you have little setbacks or major setbacks, you can not run away from them. When I have a setback, I remind myself it would not be right to just drop everything and quit. We are all going to have setbacks but that is why we need to learn the process of pursuing our dreams anyway.

How I Gained Thousands of Followers on Tumblr

How to Gain Thousands of Followers on Tumblr

Let’s talk about Tumblr, my favorite social media platform. I have been on Tumblr for years (about 6-7 years) but I have had an on again, off again relationship with the site. I would usually find myself too busy with school or life to blog but do not be fooled. I have spent many summers online curled up with my laptop blogging until the early morning.

I have had multiple blogs over the past few years. Some of them I stuck with but a lot of the time I would delete my account out of boredom despite my decent follower count. Gaining followers on Tumblr is not difficult, it just takes a lot of time depending on your goal. And I must admit I did not have much patience in the past which is another reason I deleted my accounts.

It’s the day before college and I am so thankful I can attend such a lovely university. I remind myself of why I’m going and that I need to be more of an adult because I’m going to be on my own. Attending college is important to me because if I wasn’t going to school, I’d be stuck in my small town working a full-time job at some fast food restaurant. Nothing against working at a fast food place, I worked at a coffee shop for nearly a year in high school. But it’s not something I enjoyed doing as time went on and I wanted to get a higher education.

As I packed my bags and got ready to leave in the early morning I told myself “You got this Tina. Everything you worked so hard for is finally paying off. You get to attend university! Don’t mess it up.”

Hey, friends! It’s been quite a while since I posted last. It’s currently 3 am where I’m from so I guess you can say I’ve had an early start to the day. Except I haven’t slept yet but *shh* don’t worry, coffee is the answer to my problems.

I recently went to see fireworks for New Year’s Eve with my family and a high school friend. We went to the Baltimore Inner Harbor which was absolutely beautiful. I also went to go see some Christmas lights at the Herr’s Factory in Pennsylvania early Christmas morning. Check it out down below!
